   Gas Warning and Measuring

   Portable Leak Detectors   

Our portable leak detection instruments are designed for detecting a wide range of VOCs, using highly sensitive patent PID sensors. They come in two models (PhoCheck and PhoCheck Tiger) which are pre programmed to detect over 450 gases with a detection range of 1ppb to 20,000 ppm. A base unit can be upgraded with data logging, health and safety and ppb options, remotely, without needing to be returned to the factory. The instrument’s patented Fence Electrode Technology has received independent verification for best performing PID for speed and accuracy, effectively minimizing contamination effects.
In addition to the main features of PhoCheck,  PhoCheck Tiger can be connected directly to a PC via the USB or Bluetooth interface (option) offering extremely fast data download capabilities. The instrument has two 95 db audible alarms, two bright flashing LEDs and a vibration alarm. Its rugged design and protective, removable rubber boot withstand the harshest environments. Target industries and applications for PhoCheck Tiger include Industrial Safety, Environmental, Petrochemical, Chemical, Indoor Air Quality, and Hazardous Materials.

   Fixed PID Gas Detector   
The first ATEX approved fixed PID for the continuous monitoring of total volatile organic compounds with an intelligent 4-20mA analogue output that can be simply integrated into a DCS control system to give warning or control of high VOC levels in the working environment. Designed for simple installation, service and calibration is ideal for use in manufacturing and process industries where VOC'S are typically present.

   Ethan detection:   
Natural gas and Marsh gas are not identifiable in the first step, and it is the major problem for the leak detection in town gas lines. Natural gases contain in contrast to marsh gas low shares of ethane (typical values: 0.3 ... 8.0 Vol. %). We offer the best solution with a chromatographic instrument. Consequently by showing the peak shares of methane CH4, ethane C2H6 and  propane C3H8 components, one after the other in a graph diagram it would be recognized if the gas leak is caused by a leak of the gas utility or marsh gas.

   Odorant Measuring:    
Natural gas is - by nature - odorless and for safety reasons it must be provided with odorous substances (tertiary butyl-mercaptan). We represent a modular micro-processor controlled instrument with electro-chemical sensor that is the ideal measuring device for odorant measuring by the gas supplier.
